- Transportation policy committee. Appointed by the Speaker and the President.
- Eliminated lane reductions for purposes of bike paths and green new deal projects.
- Transparency on the ballot. The ballot language will read exactly how much funding is going to which bucket.
- Efficiency benchmarks for bus routes. Bus routes must meet certain efficiency standards overtime in order to operate. If they don’t, the route must be canceled, rerouted to a more efficient route, or the city that bus operates in must pick up the cost.
- Preventive bans on internal combustion engines.
